In Mindfulness-based psychotherapy we explore ways of finding more ease with difficult parts of our lives, in an open and compassionate space. I offer help with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationships, stress and trauma, to name a few and I am supported in my work by a supervising psychotherapist.
I am completing my Masters Degree in Mindfulness-based Psychotherapeutic Practice, through Middlesex University and Karuna Institute, having gained a Diploma in Relational Psychotherapy in 2017 also at Karuna Institute. I am registered with UKCP as a psychotherapist in training and my practice abides by the UKCP Code of Professional Conduct and Ethical Principles.
